Hi everybody! So yes, I do go to the gym, and that's a part of me right now. Being healthy is what I need to maintain, considering what the new generation has to offer. You can see that so many people are unhealthy in this generation, and they always reason with stress, and I somewhat disagree considering they are addicted to it now. For example, vaping, drinking, and eating too much. About eating too much, what I mean by that is that somehow some people eat too much and they eat unhealthy things, and what I wanted to say over here is that eating is good, but eat at the right time and eat properly! also eat with diet since if you do eat and eat, there's a sign that you will not live that long. This is only my view or my opinion, so please don't criticize me!

And yeah, not every day I get to go to the gym after all. I have so many things I need to do considering I work and I'm also a student. My timeto the gym after all. I have so many things I need to do considering I work and I'm also a student. My timeto the gym after all. I have so many things I need to do considering I work and I'm also a student. My time in the gym is kind of jammed, so yeah, it's hard to work out every day, but if you have dedication to it, you can do things without pressuring yourself. I want to admit here that first I'm kind of weak and kind of losing my motivation to go to the gym since I have so much work to do, assignments and work, and I also have to help my girlfriend. But time does really run fast, and sometimes free time will just pass by, and guess what? Yes, I'm not working out, but instead I'm watching TikTok or sleeping because I'm so tired from my work and from school. What am I trying to say here? What I'm trying to say is that if you are too busy and have a little bit of time, " DONT OVERWORK YOURSELF " have a rest you can still go to gym or do a home workout at home. Always remember that you will not gain anything if you do not rest. So sometimes take a rest, and afterward you can go to the gym.

And if you want to follow my routine or my workout routine in the gym, here it is for you!

First, warm up. Then, kindly stretch your body for the following things:

Incline Bench Press 3 8-10
One Arm Dumbbell Row 3 10-12
Seated Barbell Press 3 8-10
Pull Ups 3 10
Skullcrushers 3 10-12
Dumbbell Curl 3 10-12

And if you want a pre-home workout, here it is for you!

1x8 pull-ups

rest 10 minutes

2x8 push-ups

rest 5 minutes

1x5 chest pump

If you have a dumbell, I suggest doing

one dumbell row per arm

3 to 10 times, then switch to your right or left hand.

After that, rest for 5 minutes (resting for 5 minutes is important, and it is also only 5 minutes to a lot lose the adrenaline and the pump of your muscle since muscle is created by tearing your own muscle). That's it for this. Thank you for reading!

  5. When someone loses interest in doing something they enjoy, they should all take a rest. Rest can make you feel more at ease, so you may utilize that time to consider the reasons behind your actions. Never forget why you started it, even when you want to give up.
